At the International Water Polo Tournament – World League Super Final held in Tbilisi in Georgia, Georgian and US Teams competed against one another in a match which ended with a 13-9 victory for the US Team.
The President of Georgia Salome Zurabishvili, and the Ambassador of United States of America in Georgia Kelly Degnan awarded the best players of the match.
After the match, Soso Gorgadze, the Deputy Minister for Culture, Sports and Youth Affairs, and Christopher Anderson, the Cultural Attachee of the US Embassy, each received souvenirs.
