**Russia Continues to Bomb Ukraine: At Least 6 Killed, 24 Injured in One Night**
Russia’s military has launched another large-scale assault on Ukraine, killing at least six people and injuring 24 across multiple regions. This is the third night in a row that Russia has carried out such attacks.
In Kharkiv Oblast, two civilians were killed and three others injured when Russian forces bombarded the town of Kupiansk with glide bombs, various types of drones, and artillery. The strikes also damaged 39 houses, a business, a car repair shop, a store, and two vehicles in the area.
In other parts of Ukraine, six civilians were injured in Donetsk Oblast, one person was killed and four others wounded in Kherson Oblast, and two people were injured in Zaporizhzhia Oblast. In Odesa Oblast, a 14-year-old teenager was injured by a Russian drone strike.
**Widespread Destruction Across Ukraine**
The attacks have caused widespread destruction across the country. In Kharkiv Oblast alone, Russian strikes damaged multiple residential buildings, businesses, and vehicles. In Donetsk Oblast, six civilians were injured in separate attacks on different parts of the region.
In Kherson Oblast, one person was killed and four others wounded when Russian forces shelled and launched drone attacks on at least 30 settlements, including the city of Kherson. The strikes damaged two apartment buildings, 11 houses, a gas pipeline, a cellphone tower, and several vehicles.
**Air Defenses Protect Kyiv**
Despite the widespread attacks, Ukraine’s air defenses were able to intercept some incoming threats in Kyiv Oblast. No injuries or critical infrastructure damage were reported in these areas.
**International Response**
The Polish military has once again scrambled aircraft overnight in response to Russian activity over Ukrainian territory. This is the second consecutive night that Poland has taken such measures.
