**Russia Launches Drones on Ukraine**
Russia launched 140 combat and decoy drones at Ukraine overnight. The Ukrainian Air Force said it shot down 85 of these drones across 10 different regions.
Some drones were lost without causing any damage. However, some areas were hit by Russian attacks.
**Damage in Kherson Oblast**
In one region called Kherson, one person was killed and 10 others were injured. This happened when Russian troops attacked residential areas and social infrastructure. Two high-rise buildings and 12 private houses were damaged.
**Other Areas Affected**
In another area called Donetsk, four residents were hurt when Russian forces attacked three different communities. In a third region called Sumy, Russian forces attacked 13 communities, injuring five people and damaging some homes and schools.
A woman in the Odesa region was also injured when shrapnel from a drone hit her car. She is now in the hospital.
**Some Areas Had No Casualties**
In two other regions – Zaporizhzhia and Dnipropetrovsk – there were reports of damage to homes and buildings, but no one was hurt.
