**Russian Attacks on Ukraine: One Dead, 14 Injured**
Over the past day, Russian attacks across multiple Ukrainian oblasts killed at least one civilian and injured 14 others, including two children. The regional authorities reported this information on February 19.
The attacks were carried out using various types of drones and missiles. Russia launched 167 Shahed-type drones and decoy drones against Ukraine overnight. In addition, two Iskander-M or KN-23 ballistic missiles were fired against Sumy Oblast. As a result, 106 Russian drones have been shot down over 14 oblasts, while 56 drones lost without causing damage.
**Specific Attacks**
A massive drone strike against the energy infrastructure of Odesa and the surrounding region injured four people, including a child. The attack also left 160,000 residents of Odesa without heating and electricity. A kindergarten, children’s clinic, and residential buildings were damaged in the attack.
In Donetsk Oblast, a Russian attack killed one person and injured two others in Kostiantynivka. Another civilian was reported injured in Pokrovsk.
Seven people, including a child, were injured during Russian attacks against Kherson Oblast. Three apartment buildings and eight houses were reportedly damaged in the strikes.
**Russia’s Ongoing Aggression**
Russia regularly attacks Ukrainian regions with missiles, drones, and other weaponry, inflicting civilian casualties on a daily basis.
**Ukraine’s Response**
The Ukrainian Air Force reported that 106 Russian drones have been shot down over 14 oblasts. A children’s clinic, a kindergarten, high-rise buildings, and cars were damaged in the attack against Odesa.
