**Russian Attacks Kill 3, Injure 10 in Ukraine Over Past Day**
A devastating wave of Russian attacks across Ukraine has left at least three people dead and 10 injured over the past day. The Ukrainian Air Force reported that Russia launched a staggering 58 attack drones, primarily Shahed-type UAVs, from multiple directions, with air defenses successfully destroying 43 of them.
In Donetsk Oblast, one civilian was killed and two others were injured in Russian shelling of Yablunivka. Governor Vadym Filashkin confirmed the incident, which is part of a wider pattern of attacks on settlements in the region, totaling 27 over the past day.
**Regional Breakdown:**
* In Kherson Oblast, five people were injured as Russia struck 23 settlements with drones, artillery, and airstrikes. Residential buildings in Kherson city, Antonivka, and other towns were damaged, including a multi-story apartment block, six houses, a gas station, and some vehicles.
* In Zaporizhzhia Oblast, at least one person was killed and three others injured in attacks targeting Zaporizhzhia and Polohy districts. Russian forces launched 438 strikes on 16 settlements, including 11 airstrikes and 266 drone attacks.
**Humanitarian Consequences:**
The Russian attack also destroyed a humanitarian aid warehouse in Zaporizhzhia, with over 100 metric tons of supplies reportedly burning in the fire. The damage is estimated at around $3 million, underscoring the devastating impact on local communities.

As the conflict escalates, international leaders are weighing in on the situation. Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha stated that Russia has started to prepare strategic reserves, indicating plans for combat operations not only in Ukraine but also potentially elsewhere. The European Union has condemned Israel’s attack on Iran as an “unprovoked aggression,” while Ukraine expressed concern over the security situation in the Middle East.

The country has successfully completed combat testing of its domestically developed short-range Sapsan ballistic missile and is proceeding with serial production.
