In his latest letter from prison, published on Facebook, Vashadze emphasized that agreeing on rules for decision-making is crucial for unity and stability in the country. He noted that a unified goal alone is not enough; what is needed is a unified system of action. This is precisely what the 8-point victory plan aims to achieve.

Vashadze stressed that reaching a compromise when there are differing positions is essential. The approach of labeling those who disagree as enemies is wrong and will only lead to fragmentation, not unity. Instead, he proposes two decision-making mechanisms: a parity council with a majority vote, followed by direct public participation in decision-making through Zura’s proposed platform.
