**US Senators Push for Georgia to Make “Sacrifices”**
Two US senators, Jim Risch and Jeanne Shaheen, are trying to push through a new law that could be bad for Georgia. This has been pointed out by Gia Volski, the First Vice Speaker of the Parliament.
According to Volski, both Risch and Shaheen have helped put in power a man named Mikheil Saakashvili, who was once the leader of Georgia. They are now trying to get Georgia involved in a process that could cause it harm. This is not the first time Georgia has had to make sacrifices, says Volski. The country lost 20% of its territory many years ago.
Volski believes that Risch and Shaheen’s plan could lead to serious losses for Georgia if it doesn’t go well. He is hoping that the US Senate will stop this law from passing, so that both Georgia and the world are not put in danger.
**The MEGOBARI Act**
