Russia’s Losses in Ukraine Revealed
The General Staff of Ukraine’s Armed Forces has released a report on Russia’s losses since the start of its invasion on February 24, 2022.
According to the report, Russia has lost a significant number of troops. The total loss is around 760,120 soldiers.
Not only have Russian troops suffered heavy casualties, but the country has also lost a large amount of military equipment. Some of the reported losses include:
* Tanks: 9,537
* Armored fighting vehicles: 19,675
* Vehicles and fuel tanks: 31,177
* Artillery systems: 21,078
* Multiple launch rocket systems: 1,253
* Air defense systems: 1,023
* Planes: 369
* Helicopters: 329
* Drones: 20,176
* Ships and boats: 28
* A submarine: 1
These numbers give an idea of the scale of Russia’s losses in Ukraine since February 2022.
