**Georgian Dream Prime Minister Speaks Out on Various Issues**

On February 27, Georgian Dream Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze addressed the severe snowfall in western Georgia. He spoke in Kobuleti about multiple issues, including potential UK sanctions against Bidzina Ivanishvili.

**UK Sanctions and Strasbourg Court Case**

Kobakhidze said that UK sanctions against Ivanishvili were a form of blackmail that had been going on for three years. He claimed that neither Ivanishvili nor the authorities would make steps that would harm the country. The Prime Minister also mentioned the June 20, 2019 case in the Strasbourg Court and stated that there are questions about why police did not use a softer response during a protest.

**German Ambassador Criticized**

Kobakhidze strongly criticized the German Ambassador to Georgia, calling him a representative of the radical opposition. He claimed that Germany does not have an ambassador in Georgia today but rather a representative of the radical opposition. The Prime Minister stated that relations between Georgia and Germany would be restored after new cadres were appointed in Germany.

**Power Outages and Snowfall**

Regarding power outages, Kobakhidze said that electricity should be fully restored everywhere by tomorrow at the latest. He also commented on the snowfall in western Georgia, stating that the government’s efforts have primarily focused on Guria, which faces the most challenges from the recent weather conditions.

**New Legislative Initiative**

Kobakhidze touched upon a new legislative initiative entitled “Foreign Agents Registration Act”, which he claimed is an exact copy of the United States’ FARA law. He expressed his hope that the GD parliament would refine the American FARA and bring it in line with human rights standards.
