**UK and France Ship Artillery and Ammo at Unprecedented Scale**
The UK has transferred its entire fleet of AS-90 howitzers to Ukraine, while France is sending over 200 Caesar howitzers produced this year. This shipment represents a significant increase in artillery capabilities for the Ukrainian military, which will enable it to respond more effectively to Russian strikes.
France is also using frozen Russian funds to produce spare parts and support systems for the Ukrainian military. This commitment is seen as a major demonstration of solidarity with Ukraine’s fight against Russia.
**Europe Delivers F-16s, Air Defenses to Counter Russian Strikes**
To counter Russia’s growing air assault capabilities, Norway has committed to delivering 6 F-16 fighter jets to Ukraine by the end of 2025. Belgium is also contributing 2 F-16s for spare parts.
Germany, meanwhile, is quietly sending Gepard air defense systems to Ukraine. At least 10 units have been spotted en route to the country, although actual delivery numbers may be significantly higher due to Germany’s decision not to disclose shipments publicly. These systems are critical in stopping Russian missile and drone strikes, bolstering Ukraine’s air defense capabilities both on the ground and in the skies.
