**Ukraine Denies Corruption Allegations by Tucker Carlson**

The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry has denied allegations of corruption made by American commentator Tucker Carlson. Carlson claimed on social media that US weapons sent to Ukraine are resold on the black market, accusing the Ukrainian military of selling arms “to drug cartels.” However, he provided no evidence to support his claims.

In a statement on X, Ukrainian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Heorhii Tykhyi said, “This is a lie. Multiple U.S. inspections have never revealed the exploitation of military aid provided to Ukraine.” Tykhyi added that every piece of military equipment delivered to Ukraine is tracked and all supplied weapons are monitored by independent mechanisms.

**Tucker Carlson’s History of Spreading Kremlin Talking Points**

This is not the first time Tucker Carlson has been accused of spreading Russian propaganda. He previously interviewed Russian President Vladimir Putin and Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov in 2024, which was slammed by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky as a “propaganda” move.

Carlson’s close ties to former US President Donald Trump have also raised concerns about his connections to Russia. Other Trump allies, such as Kash Patel, have been scrutinized for their relationships with Russian officials.

**US Aid to Ukraine Remains Strong**

Despite Carlson’s unfounded claims, the US has continued to provide significant aid to Ukraine. The US plans to review its troop deployment around the world but will not send troops to Ukraine, according to US Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth.
