Finland to Help Ukraine with Winter Equipment
Finland’s defense minister, Antti Häkkänen, said that the country will continue to support Ukraine. He stated that Finland has no plans to stop helping Ukraine.
Finnish officials have decided to send a new batch of equipment to Ukraine. This includes winter gear. The decision was made on December 5 by the Finnish government.
Finland is one of Ukraine’s strongest supporters. It has already given Ukraine €2.3 billion in defense aid. This latest move shows how Finland is committed to helping Ukraine prepare for winter and the ongoing war.
The equipment being sent to Ukraine is worth around €25 million.
