Celebrated Basketball Player Supports Students in Nis
Dejan Bodiroga, a famous basketball player, visited Nis today to show his support for the students who are protesting. He said that students are the guiding force and their actions are courageous and self-sacrificing.
Bodiroga felt positive energy during the gathering and believes people want change and a better society. He noted that many things have happened in the last three months, but more needs to be done to fulfill demands and make institutions work properly.
The basketball player emphasized that students are smart, brave, and deserving of support. He wants everyone to back them up because they are doing something selfless.
Bodiroga said he supports the students because we all want to live in a country where people respect each other. He believes Serbia can be a great place where young people can find jobs and stay after finishing college.
The celebrated basketball player is planning to attend another protest in Belgrade on March 15, if his commitments allow it.
