Ana Natvlishvili: We don’t intend to fill Ivanishvili’s treasury, we intend to cause headaches and serious problems for the regime. Instead, we will turn the battle against them. They are trying to use Soviet era repressive legislation against citizens. But we will push back.

**Georgian Opposition Fights Back Against Fines**

The opposition “Strong Georgia” coalition is fighting against fines issued by the occupation regime. They see these fines as proof of their patriotism and commitment to a European future for the country.

Ana Natvlishvili, one of the leaders of the coalition, said they will not let the fines fill the treasury of Bidzina Ivanishvili, a Russian-backed oligarch. Instead, they will use every legal tool to create bureaucratic problems for the regime.

The fines have been issued against citizens who protested against the occupation regime. Natvlishvili said the regime is trying to suppress protests through repression and that they will not let them get away with it.

“We will go through all legal instances to gather evidence against police officers, investigators, and judges who follow Ivanishvili’s orders,” she said. “These fines are essential evidence of our patriotism and loyalty to an independent and European future for this country.”

Natvlishvili also announced a hotline for citizens to reach out for help in appealing the fines. The number is 2 05 26 44.

**Call to Action**

The coalition is urging citizens not to be afraid and to stand by their side in challenging these unjust fines. Natvlishvili said they will help every citizen, from the Ministry of Internal Affairs to the courts.
