**Belarusian Leader Appoints New Prime Minister**
The leader of Belarus, Alexander Lukashenko, has chosen a new prime minister. The man he chose is Alexander Turchin, who used to run the Minsk region. Turchin said that Belarus would not make any big changes and promised to work within the current system.

Lukashenko has been in power since 1994 and is close friends with Russian President Vladimir Putin. However, his rule has been criticized for being unfair, especially after he claimed victory in an election in 2020.
