However, Russia’s Defense Ministry claims that Ukraine carried out a missile attack from Sumy Oblast. They did not provide any evidence to support this claim.
**President Zelensky Condemns the Attack**
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky condemned the attack and compared it to Russia’s actions in Chechnya during the 1990s, where many civilians were killed. He said that even against their own civilians, the Russian army uses similar tactics.
