A Russian commander is fighting for his life after a blast in Russia. Konstantin Nagayko, who was involved in a 2023 missile strike on Hroza, Ukraine, was severely hurt.

According to reports, the explosion occurred at Nagayko’s military unit in Shuya, Russia. The 29-year-old commander suffered serious injuries from shrapnel and had to have surgery on his brain.

Nagayko’s unit was responsible for the missile strike that killed 59 people at a memorial service in Hroza, Ukraine. The attack happened during a funeral reception for a Ukrainian soldier.

The victims included 36 women, 22 men, and an eight-year-old boy. Five others were injured. The incident shocked many people.
