Heavy artillery hit the Marhanets community in Nikopol district, while drone strikes damaged a farm building and private homes in the Mezhiv community. Later, an FPV drone targeted the Kryvyi Rih district, destroying solar panels in the Zelenodolsk community.
**Air Defense Forces Successfully Intercept Many Drones**
According to Ukrainian Air Force Command, air defense forces successfully intercepted 88 of the Russian strike drones launched during the attack. While this is a significant success for Ukraine’s air defense capabilities, the sheer number of drones used by Russia still resulted in widespread damage and casualties.
