**New Ambassadors for Georgia**

The Prime Minister of Georgia, Irakli Kobakhidze, has chosen three people to be the country’s ambassadors to other countries. He presented their names to Mikheil Kavelashvili.

Shota Getsadze will go to Switzerland as Ambassador. Archil Kalandia will represent Georgia in Turkey. Grigol (Gigla) Baramidze will be Ambassador to Cuba.

The Prime Minister made this decision on March 21 of this year. The new ambassadors are expected to start working from April 1, 2025.
