**Fund Founder Speaks Out Against Seizure**
Nanuka Zhorzholiani, the founder of “Nanuka’s Fund,” has spoken out against the seizure of her fund’s assets. The Georgian Prosecutor’s Office seized the funds and bank accounts of several organizations, including Zhorzholiani’s, last week.
Zhorzholiani claims that she has not been officially informed about the basis for the seizure of her fund. “We have not received an official ruling,” she said. “The Prosecutor’s Office has not told me what their reason was for taking this action.”
**Charges and Arrest Possible**
Zhorzholiani believes that charges may be brought against her, and even arrest is possible. “I expect that charges will be brought against me, and I do not rule out that they may approach the issue of my arrest as well,” she said.

The Prosecutor’s Office claims that the funds were used to support individuals involved in crime and violence. They say that the collected money was used to buy tools and provide financial support to those charged with group violence.
