**Serbian Government Agrees to International Probe**
A new investigation is planned into claims that the Serbian government used a sonic weapon against protesters in Belgrade.
Protesters were dispersed on Saturday during a memorial for a recent train crash. Opponents and some groups claimed that authorities had used a sound cannon, which they denied.
An NGO called Earshot has said that the sounds recorded at the time of the protest did indeed come from a device called a Vortex Ring Gun.
