**Serbian Police Deny Using Sound Weapon Against Protesters**
Reports emerged on Saturday night that police used a sound weapon against protesters who were standing in silent tribute. However, the Serbian Internal Affairs Ministry (MUP) has denied these claims.
According to opposition leader Zdravko Ponos, a sound weapon was indeed used by police. “The reaction of the crowd shows they felt something passing through them,” he said.

However, security analyst Aleksandar Radic confirmed that the Serbian security forces do possess a sound weapon. He described it as an American-made, non-lethal device designed to disable personnel.
