According to a statement from the US Embassy in Georgia, Ambassador Dunnigan discussed “President Trump and Secretary Rubio’s top priorities” with Minister Botchorishvili. The statement emphasized the need for a “positive dynamic” in relations between the two countries.

The Georgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) also released a statement on the meeting, saying it reaffirmed the importance of the US-Georgia partnership. The MFA described the relationship as rooted in “shared values and interests.”
