Irakli Kobakhidze says the governments of the Baltic States are directly dependent on the tasks and instructions of the “deep-state,” they have lost sovereignty – we continue to be in a unilateral friend regime with all three Baltic Countries  

Georgia’s Parliament Speaker Irakli Kobakhidze has made some strong statements about the Baltic countries. He says that their governments are controlled by a group called the “deep state”. This means they get instructions and tasks from this group, rather than making decisions on their own.

According to Kobakhidze, the Baltic countries have lost their independence. They are no longer truly in charge of their own affairs. Instead, Georgia has only a one-way friendship with them.
