**Name Removed from Investigation Transcript**
The name of Ana Brnabic’s brother, Igor, was taken out of a statement during an investigation into financial crimes at the Serbian power company EPS. This happened after hours of discussion among officials.
Toni Apostolovic, who owns the IT company Tim Sistem, mentioned Igor Brnabic several times while being questioned by a prosecutor. He said that Igor Brnabic had ties to businessman Aleksandar Papic, who is close to the ruling party in Serbia.
The news was first reported by Radar weekly. The author of the article, Milan Radonjic, said that they were convinced it was in the public interest to reveal this information. He also found out that the interrogation of Apostolovic took only 2 hours, but there were many consultations afterwards.
Radonjic noted that Igor Brnabic’s company Aseko had received many lucrative jobs from state companies, including EPS.
