**Russia Loses Thousands of Troops in Ukraine**
Russia’s invasion of Ukraine has been ongoing since February 24, 2022. According to a report by the General Staff of Ukraine’s Armed Forces, Russia has lost a significant number of troops.
So far, Russia has lost 871,850 troops in Ukraine. This includes 1,150 casualties over just one day. The report also lists losses of military equipment, including tanks, armored vehicles, and artillery systems.
The total losses are staggering:

These numbers are a testament to the severity of Russia’s losses in Ukraine.
