**Serbia’s Gas Prices Among the Highest in Europe**

A group called Political Union is asking people to stop buying gas on Friday. They want to show that fuel prices in Serbia are too high.

Right now, a liter of diesel costs around 204-205 dinars (about 1 euro). A liter of gasoline costs about 20 dinars less. These prices are among the highest not just in the region, but also across Europe.

The group’s coordinator, Aleksandar Maric, said that high taxes are to blame for these prices. He thinks the taxes on fuel are too high and should be lower.
