**United Media Announces Changes**
The United Group still owns important media companies in Serbia, including N1 and Nova S. This is after selling the SBB company.
A press release said that N1 and Nova S will keep giving accurate information without changing their editorial positions. They also plan to be leaders in creating original content.
**SBB Sale Has No Effect on Other Companies**
The new owners of SBB, PPF Telecom, want to keep N1 and Nova S available on the SBB cable network and for Yettel users. There are no plans to sell other United Media companies, such as Grand and IDJ production houses.
United Media said it will continue to operate normally and prepare content for audiences in Serbia across TV channels, portals, and newspapers.
**Sport Klub Changes**
The only change in the company’s portfolio is with Sport Klub Serbia. The rights to sports broadcasts have been transferred to Arena Group due to technical difficulties in showing elite sports championships to Serbian viewers.
However, Sport Klub will continue to have exclusive sports content with leading journalists. The sportklub.rs portal will also remain part of United Media.
**United Media Stays Strong**
United Media said it will keep providing accurate and impartial information. It will continue its dedicated work and invest in digital transformation, innovative formats, and original production to stay a leader in the media space.
