The Smerch-2 is a Soviet-era rocket launcher designed to target submarines and attack torpedoes. It features 12 radially arranged 213 mm caliber barrels, making it a formidable enemy on the battlefield. The launcher was adopted by the Soviet Navy in 1961 and has been used by Russian forces in this conflict.
