Kurti says that he will form a new Kosovo government

**Kosovo’s Future Government**

A big election has taken place in Kosovo. The results are not final, but Prime Minister Albin Kurti says his party will form the next government.

**Less Than 40% of the Vote**

Even though Kurti’s Vetevendosje Party won less than 40% of the vote, he is confident that they will be in charge. The preliminary results show that his party got around 37.5% of the votes.

**Serb List Wins Most Seats**

The Serb List, which supports the government in Belgrade, has actually won more seats in parliament. Their leader, Zlatan Elek, said that this is a great result and that they have won all 10 seats reserved for Kosovo’s Serbs.

**Other Parties’ Results**

The Democratic Party of Kosovo got around 29.8% of the vote, the Democratic Alliance of Kosovo got 16.29%, and the Alliance for the Future of Kosovo got 7.92%.
