**Prime Minister Says Foreign Agents Have No Place in Parliament**
The Prime Minister of Georgia, Irakli Kobakhidze, has spoken out against two political groups. He said that the party “Gakharia for Georgia” and the last representatives of the “National Movement” should lose their seats in parliament.
Kobakhidze thinks these groups are not working in the best interests of Georgia. He believes they are being controlled by foreign powers, which he calls “foreign agents”.
The Prime Minister explained how these groups could lose their parliamentary seats. They would need to miss several meetings or officially withdraw from politics. Kobakhidze said that this would be good for Georgian democracy.
**Opposition in a Difficult Situation**
Kobakhidze also talked about the opposition in Georgia. He said they are facing many problems, but these are largely their own making. The Prime Minister blamed the “Deep State” (a group of powerful people in government) for destroying the radical opposition. This means that some opposition groups have become weaker and less effective.
Kobakhidze also criticized Gakharia’s party for forming an alliance with the “National Movement”. He said this alliance is not genuine, but rather a way to gain power and influence.
