Novak Djokovic, the world’s number one tennis player, made a statement appearance at the Belgrade Arena. He was there to watch the big basketball game between Partizan and Red Star.
Djokovic wore a sweatshirt that caught everyone’s attention. On the front of the shirt it said “Students Are Champions”. This is not the first time Djokovic has shown his support for students in Serbia. Recently, he talked about how sad he was with what was happening in Serbian society.
This time, by wearing the special sweatshirt, Djokovic sent a message to students that they are truly champions. He wants them to know that their voices matter and that they should keep fighting for what they believe in.
