**Georgian Delegation Must Attend PACE**
The President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, Theodoros Roussopoulos, said that the Georgian delegation must attend the Assembly. This is not a choice for them, but rather an obligation.
Roussopoulos made this statement in an interview with journalists on January 31. He explained that the Assembly is not just any agreement, but a statutory body where participation is required, not optional. The President added that since the credentials of the Georgian delegation were accepted, they must be present in the Assembly.
In other words, attending PACE is not up to the Georgians – it’s something they have to do.
