**Russian Attacks Across Ukraine Kill at Least One, Injure 35**
On January 31, Russian attacks across various Ukrainian oblasts killed at least one civilian and injured at least 35 people, including children.
**Drone Attacks Continue**
Russia launched a total of 102 Shahed-type attack drones against Ukraine overnight. Fifty-nine of these drones were shot down over 12 different oblasts. In addition to the drones that were destroyed, another 37 drones failed to cause damage as they disappeared from radar without being detected.
**Regional Reports**
In Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, three people were injured during Russian attacks against the Nikopol district on January 30 and 31. A man was wounded on the 30th, while a man and woman were injured overnight on the 31st. Industrial and agricultural enterprises, as well as houses and other buildings, were damaged in the region.
In Donetsk Oblast, one person was killed and at least 18 others were injured during Russian attacks. In Kramatorsk city, 11 people were left injured, including two children aged 7 and 8. Five more people, including a British volunteer, were injured in a drone attack against the town of Pokrovsk.
**Other Reports**
In Kharkiv Oblast, an elderly woman (75) and man (68) were injured during an attack against the village of Prystin, which also damaged an educational facility and an apartment building. Nine people were injured in Russian strikes against Kherson Oblast.
In Sumy Oblast, one civilian was injured during a drone attack against the Khotin community, while two others were wounded during a similar attack against the Krasnopillia community on January 31.
**Other News**
Kyrgyz law enforcement officers arrested a suspected arms trafficker linked to a group smuggling weapons from the U.S. to Russia.
Russian authorities blocked over 417,000 websites in 2024, according to Russian independent news outlet Verstka.
