Russia’s Losses in Ukraine
Russia has lost a large number of troops and equipment since its invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022. According to the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Russia has lost 835,940 troops.
In just one day, Russian forces suffered 1,270 casualties. This is part of the total losses reported by Ukraine’s General Staff.

Russia has also lost a significant amount of equipment in Ukraine. Some of the losses include:
