**Students Block Road in Belgrade**
A group of students blocked one of Belgrade’s major roundabouts, the Autokomanda roundabout. They did this to protest a hit and run incident that happened earlier in New Belgrade.
In that incident, a girl was hit by a driver who then fled the scene. The students decided to take action and block the road with their protest.
**Clashes Between Students and Police**
The situation escalated when a group of protesters tried to stop a bus carrying supporters of the ruling party on their way to a political event in Jagodina. A second girl student was injured during this incident, according to some reports. However, this claim has been denied by authorities.
