**Car Drives into Student Protesters**
A car drove into a group of high school students in Belgrade, Serbia. The driver then insulted the students and a cameraman from N1 news.
**What Happened**
Students were holding a 15-minute traffic blockade to protest against the collapse of a train station canopy that killed 15 people last year. A black Mercedes tried to turn onto a street but was blocked by the students. The driver got out, insulted them and an N1 cameraman, and left his car in the middle of the road.
**The Driver Returns**
About 15 minutes later, the driver returned to get his car. The N1 crew filmed him again, and he insulted them once more.
**Police Involved**
The police identified the driver after he demanded that the students delete a video they had recorded of him. He claimed that the students were standing on a pedestrian crossing and wouldn’t let him pass.
**Statement from the Driver**
In an interview with N1, the driver said he was just trying to make a turn. He claimed that the students were being unreasonable and refused to calm down. He also said that he’s not allowed to be filmed by anyone.
