**Driver Targets Protesters in Novi Sad**
On Tuesday, a car was driven onto the sidewalk in downtown Novi Sad. The driver deliberately sped towards people who were protesting. They had blocked an intersection to remember the victims of a tragedy that happened on November 1.
The protesters stood in front of the car and refused to let it pass. The man driving the Peugeot with Novi Sad plates made a phone call and then turned around, driving back onto the sidewalk.
This happened during a moment of silence for the 15 people who died at the Novi Sad train station on November 1.
