**Serbian Officials Post Offending Symbol**
The Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) officials have made a move that has upset many people. They posted a symbol called the Bloody Hand, but with a twist. It was meant to be an insult.
The Bloody Hand is a sign used by protesters in Serbia. It shows a hand with blood on it and says “Your Hands Are Bloody” – a message to the authorities. The protesters use this symbol because 15 people died at a train station in Novi Sad last month.
Two officials from SNS, one of them being Mayor Predrag Terzic, posted the altered symbol online. They also put up a post on Facebook that said: “The Serbian people have a message for their rebellions and revolutions.” This was clearly meant to be against the protesters.
