Serbian Lawyers Take a Stand
Lawyers in Serbia have decided to stop working for seven days. This decision was made at a meeting of the Assembly of the Bar Association of Serbia.
All lawyers agreed on this action. Vladimir Beljanski, who leads the bar association in Vojvodina, said that everyone is united on this issue.
Beljanski explained what happens next. He said that if someone wants to propose new ideas, they would need to call another meeting of the Assembly. This can be done by any group or 20% of the delegates.

A student named Dimitrije spoke at the gathering, quoting a famous law professor named Radomir Lukic. Lukic said that the government uses force and fear to control people through various institutions like the military, police, courts, and prosecutors.
