A man tried to drive his car through the crowd of students in front of Belgrade University’s Law School. The students were wearing yellow vests, which is a common sight at protests in Serbia. The driver hit another car and caused a tense situation. But the situation was calmed down by a plain clothes police officer.
The man was forced to wait for traffic police because of the incident. No one was hurt in this case.
In Novi Sad, students were marching through the city as part of their daily 15 Minutes of Silence protest. An older man joined them but then started arguing with them. He pulled out a short knife and threatened the students with it. One of the security guards grabbed his arm and took the knife away from him. The man then walked away.
No one was hurt in this case either.
