**Thousands Join Protests in Serbia**
A large number of people across Serbia came out onto the streets on Friday. They were called to protest by a group called ProGlas.
The protesters are showing support for students who have been demonstrating for about two months. The students want answers over the deaths of 15 people when a roof fell down at a railway station in November.
One student was badly hurt when a car drove into a group of protesters on Thursday. They were taking part in a memorial to remember those who died.
ProGlas said that the government is trying to stop the students from protesting by spreading false information and using violence.
People from all over the country joined in, including teachers and farmers. Some even blocked a major road.
In the city of Novi Sad, opposition politicians tried to take control of City Hall but were forced out by police.
