EU Slams Georgian Dream Over Attack on Ex-PM Giorgi Gakharia
The European Union’s main spokesperson has spoken out against the alleged involvement of Georgian Dream politicians in a brutal attack on former Prime Minister Giorgi Gakharia.
Giorgi Gakharia is an opposition leader and was once the prime minister of Georgia. The EU says there should be no violence or impunity in any democracy, especially not in a country trying to join the European Union.
The EU’s Anitta Hipper made her comments on social media platform X.
