Weekly Event at Writers’ House of Georgia

Every Friday, the Writers’ House of Georgia hosts an event called ‘New Names’. This is a chance to meet and hear from new Georgian authors.

Three writers, who are often poets or prose-writers, come each week. They share their work with the audience and talk about how they write and what inspires them. After that, a guest speaker asks questions and leads a discussion with everyone present.

The Writers’ House tells people ahead of time which authors will be there and other important details. Anyone can go to these events.
