According to him, in addition to his Russian origin, Gakharia shares one main feature with the Dream – “impudence and pathological lying”.
According to Saakashvili, Ivanishvili is thinking about winning a few more years, which should not be allowed.

The naivety of a part of Georgian society is driving me crazy! – Gakharia went to Russia to make a career, when the relations between Russia and Georgia were very bad. The peak of his Russian career came after 2008.
Then why did no one think about how he ended up in leading positions with Ivanishvili, why did he gouge out the eyes of Georgians to protect the Russian Gavrilov?
Why did no one ask the question why Ivanishvili did not arrest him and why did he quietly let him go to Germany? Why did no one remember that Ivanishvili constantly promised us – to create a proper opposition, like Turkmenbash officially designated the “opposition” at the time.
Gakharia has always been an official agent of Russia and Ivanishvili’s project. Why don’t we ask the question – did not they officially terminate the powers of Gakharia’s “MPs”? How can they enter the illegal parliament if this was not a prior agreement with Ivanishvili?
It is hard not to see that, apart from his Russian origin, Gakharia shares one main characteristic with the scoundrels – impudence and pathological lying.
Now we are in an ideal situation, since everything has been revealed and those who continue to deceive themselves are hopeless.
The truth is that Moscow decided that Ivanishvili had accepted their conditions and ordered Gakharia to enter parliament. I have always had a very strong opinion on this subject, and as with all other issues, I have not changed this opinion now.
Why do Ivanishvili and his patrons need Gakharia in parliament?
After Ivanishvili, in his opinion, kills the real political process through repression and banning parties, he will still need to imitate the political process so that some part of the public’s discontent can be voiced by Gakharia’s loyal opposition and thus divert attention from the most pressing problems. Ivanishvili thinks that this will win him a few more years. We must not allow him to do so!”, Saakashvili writes.
