In Guria, in the Chokhatauri municipality, a young man raped a 14-year-old girl. According to the local outlet “Guria News”, the man has fled, and search operations for him are still ongoing.
As stated to “InterpressNews” by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the investigation is being conducted under Part 4 of Article 137 of the Criminal Code, which pertains to the rape of a minor with prior knowledge of their age.
