**US Embassy Commends Agile Spirit Exercises as Key to Black Sea Stability**
The United States Embassy in Georgia has praised the recent “Agile Spirit” military exercises, saying they demonstrate America’s commitment to regional stability and the strength of allied cooperation. The exercises took place in both Georgia and Türkiye, with soldiers from eight countries participating.
According to a statement released by the US Embassy on social media, the purpose of the Agile Spirit exercises is to strengthen partnerships and promote regional security. This year’s exercise was the 12th time Georgia has hosted the multinational military exercise.

During the exercises, soldiers from the 1st Squadron of the 91st Cavalry Regiment of the US Army’s 173rd Airborne Brigade conducted a convoy operation alongside their Georgian counterparts. This operation was part of the larger Agile Spirit 2025 exercise.
The statement emphasizes that the exercises demonstrate America’s commitment to regional stability and the strength of allied cooperation. It also highlights the importance of strengthening partnerships and promoting regional security.

Georgia hosted the multinational military exercise “Agile Spirit” for the 12th time. The Ministry of Defense stated that the exercise aimed to enhance the readiness level of participating countries’ defense forces, as well as strengthen interoperability and operational capabilities.
The exercise was officially opened at the Krtsanisi NATO-Georgia Joint Training and Evaluation Center (JTEC). Brigadier General Terry Tillis, Commander of the US 7th Army Training Command in Europe and Africa, addressed military personnel participating in the international exercise.

Agile Spirit 2025 involved representatives from eight countries, two multinational units, and observers from two other countries.
