**Georgian Dream Reacts to Strasbourg Court’s Demand**

Now, according to Georgian Dream Chairman Irakli Kobakhidze, it’s good that the Strasbourg Court has demanded that Georgia complete its investigation into the June 20 events. Kobakhidze spoke at a briefing held by his party, and he emphasized that the Georgian Dream will approach this request responsibly.
**Kobakhidze Speaks Out**
In his comments, Kobakhidze noted that European and former American bureaucracy were fervently defending both Melia and Gakharia back in June 2020. This was despite one being involved in a storming of the parliament building, a serious crime, and the other leading processes to difficult outcomes.
Many people were injured during these events, including seven with serious health problems. At the time, there were demands from European and former American bureaucracy for Georgia to adopt an amnesty law. This included defending both Melia and Gakharia, who were behind the attempt to overthrow the government and the actions leading to a difficult outcome.
**Responsibility Assured**
Kobakhidze has assured that the Georgian Dream will act responsibly in response to the Strasbourg Court’s demand. The completion of the investigation into the June 20 events is now under way.
