Kyiv’s Military Administration reported that a Russian drone attack on a Kyiv skyscraper killed a 14 year old girl and injured six other people, including one who was hospitalized.
This strike broke Kyiv’s air defences, which usually intercept most drones during Russia’s near-nightly assaults on the capital.
