Kakha Kaladze, the mayor of Tbilisi, met with Attilio Fontana, president of the Lombardy region in Italy, and Vice President Raffaele Cattaneo. The meeting took place during Kaladze’s visit to Milan.

The president of the Lombardy region, Attilio Fontana, thanked Kaladze for his visit and expressed hope that he would soon visit Tbilisi with a business delegation. “We are very pleased with today’s meeting,” Fontana said. “Lombardy is one of Italy’s most important regions, with a highly developed economy, agriculture, and industry.” He added that they were eager to deepen their relationship with Georgia and Tbilisi.
